Commercial Environments, Reimagined

We transform conventional offices into dynamic campuses that foster connection and creativity. By introducing concepts like vertical villages, internal streets, and skylit courtyards, we design workspaces that prioritize well-being through the use of low-impact materials and abundant natural light.

Hospitality Rooted in Landscape

Our hospitality projects emerge from the land itself. We use local topography and material history, like the Black Basalt of Lonavala, to create resorts that offer an authentic sense of place and a deep connection to nature.

Urban Sanctuaries

We create "bungalows in the sky" and homes that feel like villages. By reimagining traditional elements like courtyards and verandahs for high-rise living, we design apartments that breathe, offering natural cooling and a peaceful escape from the city.

Homes of Earth and Sky

These homes are built in dialogue with their surroundings. We use elemental materials like stone, timber, and earth to create structures that feel both ancient and modern, integrating with the landscape and honouring local building traditions.
