About My Approach
I’m Deepti Soste, and makeup is my tool to bring ideas to life. I work on everything from ad campaigns and e-commerce shoots to red carpet looks and influencer content. I’m Mumbai-based but I never mind hopping on a flight for the right project.
What I Do
- For fashion brands and catalogues, I focus on clean commercial makeup that's all about showing off the clothes or accessories, not hiding them. My soft glam makeup for editorial shoots is something clients keep coming back for.
- If you need something bold, I’ve done edgy makeup looks for ad campaigns, like smokey eyes for Freakins India, and structured hairstyles for luxury eyewear launches.
- I handle men’s grooming too, making sure male models look sharp and polished for shoots.
Celebrity & Content Projects
- I help influencers and celebrities get camera-ready for photoshoots, events, and digital content. From vintage-inspired hair for GQ Best Dressed to creative bubble braids for YouTube shoots, I dig into the theme and vibe to make it work.
- Camera-ready celebrity hair styling is a fun part of my job, whether it’s a sleek knot bun or something wild and character-driven.
My Style Range
I’m not stuck in one look. Some days it’s fresh, “no-makeup makeup”, other days it’s all graphic liners and wet-look skin. I love experimenting, but I always listen to the brief first. Collaboration matters to me, and I work closely with the whole creative team every time.

My Story
Hey, I’m Deepti Soste. Mumbai’s home, but my makeup kit’s always ready to go wherever the gig is. I don’t do much self-hype – I just love making faces pop, whether it’s a bride glowing on her big day or a wild editorial shoot. Worked with cool folks like Kalki Fashion and celebs too, but for me, it’s about teaming up and making something fresh. If you want soft glam or want to go wild, I’m game.
