To save time, we recommend pre-registering online to receive your digital badge on WhatsApp before you arrive at Yashobhoomi. Our venue is directly connected via the Airport Express Line, and we run complimentary shuttle services from the Sector 21 Metro station to ensure your commute from the station to the hall is completely hassle-free.
Navigating Yashobhoomi
We know an expansive venue can be overwhelming, so we have streamlined the arrival process. If you are using the Delhi Metro, use the Airport Express Line and get off at the Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 station. Our complimentary shuttles operate regularly from the Sector 21 Metro station to the venue entrance, cutting your travel time significantly.
Parking and Entry
For those driving, please head to Gate 8 for entry. Parking is available in the basement directly beneath the halls, providing indoor access to the expo floor. Once you arrive, our main entry for the Light + LED Expo is located at Gate 6, which leads directly to Hall 1 in the east wing. We have placed staff at all entry and exit points to assist with directions and questions.
Registration at the Venue
Your registration desk is conveniently located in the foyer of Hall 1. If you haven't pre-registered, the process is simple: scan the QR codes onsite, register in under 60 seconds, and collect your printed badge at the kiosks.
