We are deeply committed to inclusivity in sports. Our specialized para-shooting program, guided by coaches with expertise in para sports, provides athletes with the training, support, and encouragement to compete and win at national and international levels, including the Paralympics.

We believe that a champion's strength comes from both physical and mental well being. Our holistic approach includes regular yoga and meditation sessions to improve focus, workshops on injury prevention, and team activities that build resilience and character beyond the shooting range.
The RR Lakshya Cup: A Premier Shooting Spectacle
Each year, we host the RR Lakshya Cup, an invitational tournament that brings India's top 20 male and female air rifle shooters to compete together for a prestigious title. This high energy event, supported by RR Global, is a celebration of excellence and a key preparation platform for the competitive season.
