About Life at the Academy
We focus on learning by doing rather than just theory. When you step into our classroom, you will see students managing live makeup trials, hair styling stations, and salon management simulations to prepare you for the real floor. Why Practice Matters
Beauty is not a textbook subject. You can watch videos on how to apply foundation, but until you have a brush in your hand and a real person in the chair, you have not truly learned. Our daily routine is built on this principle. You spend more time practicing on models and mannequin heads than sitting in lectures.
A Typical Day
Whether you join us in Rajouri Garden, Connaught Place, or one of our other Delhi-NCR centers, you will find a buzzing, salon-like environment. Our trainers, who are Lakmé certified, do not just stand at a whiteboard. They move around, fixing your technique, showing you how to hold your brush, and correcting your posture.
- Morning Sessions: Usually dedicated to theory and demos where we break down trends like airbrush makeup or chemical hair treatments.
- Afternoon Practice: This is where the work happens. You will be applying what you learned, often in pairs, under supervision.
- Assessment Days: We simulate real-world pressure. You will face practical exams where speed, cleanliness, and client comfort are tested, just like they would be in a high-end salon.
