This is the first collection of visuals a user sees. It’s curated to showcase the joy, unique methodology, and diverse offerings of my art camps, encouraging parents to explore further.
The Kalarang Philosophy: More Than Just Art
As a child psychology counsellor, I design every activity to be more than just art. We use psychology-based techniques and right-brain exercises to help children build confidence, emotional intelligence, and a love for learning without pressure.
Terracotta & Clay Adventures
Children love the sensory experience of working with terracotta clay. In these workshops, they learn to sculpt, model, and bring their imagination to life, developing fine motor skills and patience in a fun, hands-on environment.
Canvas, Colors & Creativity
From vibrant acrylics on canvas to playful oil pastels, our painting and drawing sessions are all about self-expression. We explore various techniques and themes, including nature studies like our butterfly project, encouraging each child to develop their unique artistic voice.
Beyond the Brush: Specialised Workshops
Our camps feature unique sessions that fuse art with other disciplines, led by expert collaborators. Children explore everything from storytelling with a bestselling author and wildlife art with a scholar, to African art themes and exciting science-art experiments.
Hands-On Crafts & Puppet Play
We believe in learning through making. These sessions include creating colorful paper crafts and designing hand puppets, which helps children develop storytelling skills, collaboration, and fine motor control in a playful setting.
Art for a Cause: The Hum Foundation Project
It was an honor to host an art therapy workshop for students from Jammu and Kashmir, whose families have been affected by terrorism. Using our DIY Chandrayan kits, they expressed themselves beautifully, showing the true healing power of art.
Our Global Classroom: Online Art Camps
Creativity knows no boundaries. Our online camps bring the Kalarang experience to children globally, from across India to the US and Canada, in a live, interactive, and engaging Zoom classroom.
Happy Campers: Voices & Smiles
The joy on their faces says it all. Here are some of our happy students, along with feedback from parents who see the positive impact of process-focused art on their children's confidence and creativity.
