Community-Centric Master Planning: The Baia Villas, Goa

This cluster provides an in-depth look at the Baia Villas project in Mandrem, Goa. My goal was to design a space that cultivates its own culture, reflecting the 'susegad' lifestyle through pedestrian-only streets, intimate courtyards, and architecture that encourages community interaction. The project manifests the joy of living in a tropical environment, using bold color and form to create a modern interpretation of Goan-Portuguese heritage.

High-Density Urbanism: Reimagining Mumbai's Skyline

Designing in a dense metropolis like Mumbai requires a unique approach to master planning. My work here focuses on creating buildings that breathe and contribute positively to the urban fabric. This involves designing permeable ground floors, public plazas that invite the street in, and high-rise structures that engage in a dialogue with the city's heritage and future.

Terrain-Responsive & Sustainable Design

I believe architecture should respect and collaborate with its natural surroundings. This collection showcases projects where the site's topography and environment are the primary design drivers. Through techniques like floating decks, green roofs, and integrating structures into hillsides, I create spaces that are both sustainable and provide an immersive connection to the landscape.
