Taknik: Mat Sparring & Technique

Here, I focus on teaching modern wrestling techniques on professional mats. You will learn everything from basic holds and defensive moves to advanced throws through guided sparring sessions.

Lal Mati: Traditional Kusti

I believe in connecting with the roots of our sport. Training in the 'lal mati' (red soil) pit builds raw strength and resilience, preparing you for any challenge, just like the great Pailwans of history.

Sharir: Strength & Conditioning

A Pailwan's body must be strong and agile. Our training includes a mix of high-intensity drills like rope climbing, tire flips, bodyweight exercises, and outdoor conditioning to build stamina and power.

Our Champions: Celebrating Success

I am proud of every Pailwan who trains here. Medals are a result of their hard work and discipline, and we celebrate their achievements at every level, from local competitions to national games.

Manas: The Wrestler's Mindset

Wrestling is as much about the mind as the body. We end sessions with meditation for calmness and often have guests who share stories to inspire our young Pailwans, building character that lasts a lifetime.

Community & Our Akhada

Welcome to Jai Hanuman Kusti Akhada in Sanpada. Our facility is a home for wrestlers, featuring a traditional red soil pit and modern mats, where we build a strong community of Pailwans.
