Mall Runs (Uniqlo, Zara, H&M): When we shop at high-street brands, the danger isn't quality—it's impulse buying. My goal here is 'impulse control'. We only buy items that match at least three other pieces you already own. We focus on getting the foundation right—like the correct lingerie or the perfect white shirt—before we look at anything else.
