Pilates & Resistance Training
These classes focus on control, core power, and toning using resistance bands. You will engage muscles you never knew you had and build lean strength in a guided group setting.
Group Circuit & Strength Training
This is where we push our limits together with fast-paced, challenging circuit sessions. We use a mix of bodyweight exercises and gym equipment to build functional strength and endurance.
