Takedowns & Defense: Control the Fight

A fight starts on the feet, but I teach you how to decide where it goes. Here, we drill fundamental takedowns and, more importantly, how to counter them to gain a dominant position. This includes Judo throws, wrestling-style takedowns, and specific counters for MMA.

Submission Game: Chokes & Armbars

This is the core of BJJ: learning to control and submit your opponent. We focus on high-percentage submissions like rear-naked chokes, armbars, and kimuras that work in both sport BJJ and self-defense.

The Leg Lock Game

Leg locks are a game-changer in modern grappling. I teach the system safely and effectively, from basic calf slicers to advanced rolling kneebars, giving you another weapon in your arsenal.

On the Competition Mats

I don't just teach, I compete. This is where theory is tested and skills are proven, from local tournaments to international stages like the AJP and ADCC championships.

Strength for Grappling

I am not a bodybuilder, but strength is the foundation. A stronger fighter is harder to kill. I integrate heavy lifting principles to make you physically dominant on the mats.

My Philosophy: Real Talk on Fighting

Martial arts is more than just moves; it's a mindset. Here I share my direct thoughts on what it takes to train, the difference between sport and street, and why discipline always beats motivation.
