This is the first thing you'll see on my page. It’s a snapshot of the energy, variety, and pure mehnat (hard work) that defines my classes. This is where you decide if you have what it takes to join the tribe.
Power Yoga & Flexibility
This is more than just stretching. My power yoga sessions build strength, balance, and mental focus through challenging asanas and flows. I guide everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, to improve their flexibility and find calm in the intensity.
High-Energy Cardio: Zumba & Aerobics
Forget boring treadmill runs. My Zumba and Aerobics classes are all about high energy, fun music, and burning calories while you dance. I mix in stepper routines to build stamina and make sure every session is a party where you sweat.
Strength & Conditioning
This is where we build real, functional strength. I use CrossFit-style methods with tires, battle ropes, sleds, and agility ladders to push your limits. I especially encourage women to join these sessions to build muscle and confidence.
Core & Abs Drills
A strong core is the foundation of all fitness. I run focused drills and sometimes dedicated "stomach classes" to build abdominal strength and stability. We do everything from planks and crunches to more advanced core exercises.
My Philosophy & Personal Practice
This is a look into my own training and the mindset that fuels it. Fitness for me is a philosophy for life, built on discipline, hard work, and a strong mind. These are some moments from my personal journey.
