High-Energy Bhangra

Bhangra is my personal "happy pill" and a fantastic workout. These classes are all about powerful moves, the infectious beat of the dhol, and pure Punjabi energy. You will sweat, smile, and feel absolutely amazing.

Yoga & Mindful Movement

Not every day is about high intensity. My yoga and meditation sessions are for when you need to slow down, breathe, and heal from the inside out. We focus on stretching, flexibility, and finding your inner calm.

Our Community Celebrations

For us, fitness is about celebrating life together. We host themed parties and special classes for festivals like Holi, Navratri, Janmashtami, and Christmas. It’s all about the masti (fun) and creating great memories with the crew.
