My Story

Hey, I’m Adarsh. Gym’s my therapy, been at it 9 years. I’m not chasing perfection, just trying to be a bit better every day. Life’s simple - work, gym, pray, repeat. Some folks think I’m boring or on steroids (Isne bhi steroids liya hai), but they don’t see the grind. I mix fitness with Ayurveda, and sometimes hit nature for a wild adventure. If I get even one person moving, worth it.
