Combat Kickboxing & High-Intensity Cardio
This isn't your typical cardio kickboxing. I focus on real combat techniques on focus mitts and pads to build power, speed, and confidence. We mix in high-intensity drills, sometimes even using mini-trampolines, to improve your reflexes and stamina for real-world situations.
Weapon-Based Combatives: Kali & Krav Maga
Real fights are unpredictable and can involve weapons. I teach you the Filipino martial art of Kali (stick and blade) and the practical Israeli system of Krav Maga to make you street-smart. You will learn to defend against armed and unarmed attackers and even use everyday objects for protection.
Desi Strength: Mudgar & Gada Training
I believe in building functional, real-world strength with old-school Indian gear like the Mudgar and Gada (Indian clubs). This low-impact training builds solid core strength, improves joint health and mobility, and connects you to a powerful warrior tradition.
Outdoor Training: The Forest Dojo
On Sundays, we take our training to Powai Forest Park. I believe in the power of nature (Shinrin-yoku or forest bathing) to sharpen the mind and body. We practice martial concepts, weapon drills, and connect with our surroundings.
Kids & Youth Programs
I teach kids more than just punches and kicks; I teach them confidence, discipline, and how to be aware of their surroundings. My programs for young warriors are engaging, fun, and build a strong foundation for life.
