MMA Striking: Boxing & Muay Thai

We build your striking from the ground up using techniques from boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Sessions include detailed instruction on shadow boxing for form, heavy bag drills for power, and dynamic pad work for accuracy and reaction.

Functional Strength & Conditioning

Fitness should be useful in real life. We use a mix of high-intensity exercises including kettlebells, partner drills, bodyweight circuits, and sledgehammer work to build raw strength, endurance, and explosive power. Every session ends with proper stretching to improve flexibility and prevent injury.

Our Fight Team & Community

When you train here, you join a team that pushes and supports each other. We offer combined batches for wrestling and BJJ, allowing you to test your skills against different partners in a safe, controlled environment.
