This is the core of our stand-up game. We drill everything from powerful Dutch Kickboxing combinations and K1-style attacks to the devastating elbows and knees of Muay Thai. You will learn proper technique through heavy bag work, precise pad drills, and controlled partner exercises.

We blend striking with grappling for the full fight experience. Our classes cover the fundamentals of ground work, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) submissions and wrestling control, and teach you how to combine them with your striking for MMA and self-defense.
Street Ready: Self-Defense & Survival
This is not a sport, this is about your safety. We teach simple, practical, and effective techniques for real-life confrontations, drawing from Krav Maga and other reality-based systems. Our focus is on awareness, de-escalation, and decisive action to handle trouble.
