Thirty years in this field has taught me one thing: skin is a reflection of your overall health, environment, and lifestyle. Whether you are dealing with the harsh humidity of my hometown, Mangalore, or the fast-paced stress of Mumbai, the goal is always to find an upay (solution) that is sustainable and effective.
I do not believe in magic quick fixes. Instead, I focus on evidence-based dermatology. We might use advanced technologies like Erbium Glass lasers and MNRF for texture, or injectable skin boosters for deep hydration, but these are tools we use only after we understand exactly what your skin needs. My approach is simple: we start by identifying the root cause, address it with the right mix of clinical procedures and consistent home care, and we keep our expectations realistic.
