My Story

I used to think strength and conditioning was the be-all, end-all. Neutral spine, textbook form, all that jazz. But real life’s messier. Bodies adapt, technique isn’t one-size-fits-all, and sometimes your back rounds a bit when you’re lifting heavy - that’s just how it goes. Now, I’m all about helping folks handle their sport’s demands, not chasing perfect form. Seeing my clients, like Renu, hit big goals makes it all worth it.
