A core part of my teacher training is learning to guide students safely. Here you will see how we provide detailed, hands-on adjustments to ensure correct anatomical alignment and prevent injury in every asana.

Advanced Asana Training

For students ready to advance, we focus on the discipline and technique required for inversions, arm balances, and deep backbends. You will learn to build the necessary strength, flexibility, and awareness for a safe and stable advanced practice.

Foundational Hatha & Ashtanga Practice

We build a strong base with detailed instruction in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. These sessions focus on mastering fundamental postures, understanding breathwork (pranayama), and learning the correct sequence of movements (vinyasa).

Props for Precision & Support

We believe props are essential tools for learning and deepening your practice, not just for beginners. In our alignment-focused classes, we use chairs, blocks, and straps to help students understand correct form and access poses safely.

The Spiritual Path: Chanting & Kriyas

My teaching is rooted in the traditional and spiritual aspects of yoga, as part of Sanatan Dharma. This includes the practice of Sanskrit chanting to focus the mind and Shatkarmas like Nauli Kriya for internal purification.
