Why I Do What I Do
A good campaign should feel like a scene from a film - packed with story, soul, and mood. For me, it’s not just about making clothes look pretty. I want to make your audience feel something, to pull them right into the world we build together. Every campaign I take up, I push for storytelling fashion campaigns that actually move people.
How I Work
- I always start with the story. Before we even talk about cameras or models, I dig into the narrative.
- My job covers the whole visual journey - from coming up with the core idea, to wardrobe and styling, to picking the right faces for the project.
- I love working with everything from a simple cotton (sooti) saree to luxe Banarasi textiles, mixing traditional crafts with contemporary styling.
- Art direction is a big part of what I do - choosing locations, designing sets, curating props, all so the world we create feels real.
- I’ve got a solid instinct for casting, finding talent that actually fits the mood and story.
What Matters to Me
- Indian textile inspired visual direction is my jam. I’m all about celebrating our crafts, whether it’s Bandhani, Ajrakh, or Kanjivaram.
- Collaboration is key. I bring together photographers, filmmakers, MUAs, and production crews who genuinely care about the work.
- I mostly work out of Delhi and Mumbai, but I’m always up for a project that takes me somewhere new.
