This is where champions are forged. I use high-intensity drills like multi-shuttle feeding and one-on-one coaching to sharpen reflexes, improve shot selection, and build the stamina required for tournament play.
Tournament Success & Achievements
The hard work pays off. I train my players for competition, and the results speak for themselves, with wins at district, state, and national level tournaments. We celebrate the wins together as a team.
On-Court Fitness & Agility
Winning in badminton is about more than just hitting the shuttle. My training programs include dedicated on-court fitness sessions focusing on explosive power, speed, and agility through cone runs, hurdle work, and plyometric jumps.
Doubles & Match Simulation
I run dedicated morning batches for doubles players to work on court coverage, rotation, and teamwork. We also simulate real match pressure in both singles and doubles to prepare you for any competitive situation.
Strength & Conditioning
A powerful game starts in the gym. My program integrates off-court strength and conditioning, including weight training and kettlebell exercises, to build the core strength and explosive power needed on the court.
