Essential Modular Woodwork (Kitchen & Wardrobes)
Modular Kitchen
- Carcass Material: 100% BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood (Pine filled) with anti-termite treatment.
- Shutters: High-gloss laminates (1mm) or Standard Acrylic finish on BWR ply/MDF base.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges and telescopic channels (Hettich / Hafele / Blum entry-level series).
- Accessories: Stainless steel cutlery tray, dish drainer, bottle pull-out, and garbage bin holder.
- Note: Countertop not included in this tier.
Wardrobes & Storage
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling modular units with commercial ply or pre-laminated particle board interiors.
- Finishes: Hinged or Basic Sliding doors with laminate or membrane finish.
- TV Unit: Wall-mounted living room unit with base storage and back paneling.
- Shoe Rack: Standard foyer shoe cabinet.

- Installation: Professional installation by factory team.
- Warranty: 10-Year Warranty on woodwork (termite/borer proof).
Premium End-to-End Interiors (New Home)
Premium Modular Woodwork
- Kitchen Upgrade: Premium Acrylic or German Membrane shutters. Includes Seasoned Quartz countertop and branded chimney.
- Hardware: Top-tier systems (Hettich Innotech / Blum Legrabox) with lift-up mechanisms.
- Wardrobes: Acrylic, Lacquered Glass, or High-Gloss PU finishes with soft-close sliding systems.
- Add-ons: Bathroom vanity units, dining crockery unit with glass profile shutters, and hydraulic beds.
False Ceiling & Lighting
- Ceiling: Gypsum false ceiling (peripheral or full) with cove lighting provisions in Living and Master Bedroom.
- Lighting: Supply and installation of LED COB lights and strip lights.
Wall Treatments & Decor
- Paint: Premium Plastic Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale or equivalent) on all walls.
- Highlight Walls: Wallpaper or Louver paneling (Pine wood/Charcoal sheets) in living/master areas.
- Mandir: Custom-designed unit with CNC cutting or backlighting.
- Accents: Rose gold or Gold finish long profile handles.
Full Home Renovation (Civil + Interiors)
Civil & Demolition
- Demolition: Dismantling of existing flooring, old kitchen counters, wall tiles, and debris removal.
- Flooring: Supply and installation of new Double Charged Vitrified Tiles (4x2 or 6x4 sizes) across the house.
- Plumbing & Electric: Re-piping, waterproofing of wet areas, and full electrical rewiring with modular switches.
Bathroom Renovation
- Tiling: Designer wall tiles up to door height (7ft).
- Fixtures: Installation of diverters, wall-mounted commodes, and overhead showers (Jaguar/Kohler equivalent).
- Vanity: Waterproof floating vanity units with mirror storage.
Interiors & Finishing
- Woodwork: Complete modular kitchen, wardrobes, and storage as per the Premium tier specifications.
- Wall Finish: POP punning for smooth base followed by Premium Plastic Emulsion painting.
- Doors: Refurbishing existing doors or installing new flush doors with laminates.
