Strength & Power Training
In Kabaddi, raw power or 'dum' makes all the difference. Our strength conditioning focuses on building a powerful lower body and core using drills like tire flips, piggyback carries, and targeted lunge variations to ensure you never run out of steam.
Agility & Speed Drills
To be a top player, you need to be as fast as lightning. Our agility training uses cone drills, ladder exercises, and dash practices to improve your footwork, reaction time, and overall quickness on the mat.
Mastering Kabaddi Skills
Great fitness needs to be paired with sharp skills. This is where we perfect game-winning moves like the dash, dubki, toe touch, and jump escape through repetitive, focused practice until they become second nature.
Yoga for Flexibility & Focus
We believe training goes beyond the Kabaddi mat. Our program includes regular yoga sessions to improve flexibility, prevent common injuries, and build the mental focus needed for high-pressure matches.
