Backflips & Back Handsprings
This is one of the most requested skills I teach. I break down the backflip and back handspring into safe, manageable steps, using spotting techniques and crash mats to ensure you learn with confidence. We focus on proper form from the beginning, building up from basic drills to fully assisted and then independent flips.
Advanced Flips & Parkour
For those looking to push their limits, I teach a variety of advanced freestyle and parkour movements. This includes front flips, side flips, wall flips, butterfly kicks, and other creative tumbles. We focus on building the power, precision, and spatial awareness needed to execute these complex skills safely.
Kids & Youth Gymnastics
I believe in starting young to build a strong foundation of physical literacy. My kids' classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and safe, focusing on fundamental movements like rolls, cartwheels, and jumps. We use age-appropriate drills and equipment to develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence in a playful environment.
Strength, Balance & Conditioning
Flips and tricks are built on a foundation of strength and control. In my classes, we dedicate time to calisthenics, core workouts, and balance drills using equipment like bars, rings, and parallettes. These exercises are designed to build the functional strength, stability, and body awareness necessary for safe and powerful acrobatic movements.
Flexibility & Mobility Training
Great acrobatics requires great flexibility. Every class includes dedicated time for mobility work, including dynamic and static stretching for splits, backbends (Chakrasana), and shoulder opening. I guide students through safe and effective stretching techniques to increase their range of motion, which is crucial for executing skills correctly and preventing injuries.
Training for All Ages
I strongly believe that acrobatics and fitness are for everyone, regardless of age. I have successfully trained young children, teenagers, adults, and even seniors in their 60s. I tailor my coaching to your individual fitness level and goals, proving that it's never too late to learn a new skill and build a stronger body.
