Hands-On Technique & Drills
I focus on building a strong foundation. We start with the basics like proper stance, footwork, and punch mechanics, and then move to shadow boxing, combinations, and defensive moves. I provide personal correction to ensure your form is right.
Real Strength & Conditioning
Boxing fitness is more than just hitting a bag. My training includes old-school strength exercises like rope climbing and push-ups, plus cardio and agility drills to build the stamina you need in the ring.
In-Ring Sparring
This is where you put your training to the test. I supervise light sparring sessions for students to practice their skills in a controlled and safe environment, helping you build confidence and ring awareness.
Group Spirit & Game Days
We train hard, but we also build a strong team spirit. I organize group activities and game days, like tug of war, to keep motivation high and make fitness fun.
My Boxing Journey & Network
I am deeply connected to the boxing community and have been part of major events. This experience helps me bring a high level of expertise and insight to my coaching.
