Grand Wedding Production (Decor + Sound + Lights)
Grand Stage Production
- Structure: Heavy-duty truss setup (24ft to 40ft width) suitable for reception halls or outdoor grounds.
- Backdrop: Multi-layered design using printed flex (Marble/Texture effect), heavy fabric pleating, and artificial floral walls or hanging wisteria ceilings.
- Flooring: White or Printed Flex flooring for the stage area to ensure a clean, glossy look.
- Furniture: Premium Maharaja Sofa set (White/Gold/Silver) for the couple plus 4 side chairs for family.
Audio-Visual & Technical Setup
- Sound System: Professional PA system (JBL/RCF or equivalent) covering 300-800 pax. Includes Tops, Subwoofers, and Stage Monitors.
- DJ Console: Complete gear setup (CDJs/Controller) with a professional DJ.
- Lighting Truss: Box truss loaded with intelligent lighting fixtures (8-12 Moving Head Sharpies, 16-20 LED Par Cans, 2-4 Blinders).

I get how wild event planning can be. At DC Events & Concepts, my job is to take that chaos off your hands and make sure things actually feel easy. One point of contact, no running around - you just let me know what you want, and I’ll handle the rest.
What I Do
I cover everything from wedding and reception management to milestone celebration planning and corporate events. If you need help with a 1st birthday, Holy Communion, baby shower, engagement, or a full-on sangeet, I’m in. I do big fat weddings and simple affairs, church decor, pandals, Roce ceremony setups - you name it.
How I Make It Happen
- I design custom themes - from floral madness to clean, minimalist vibes
- Thematic decor and setup: backdrops, balloon arches, flower walls, ceiling drapes, even the entrance gets a glow-up
- Sound, lighting, and special effects - fog machines, cold fire pyros if you want a bit of drama
- Personalized event coordination, including vendor coordination services, so catering, photography, DJ, emcee - all sorted
