The Grind: Raw & Unfiltered

This is what it looks like to show up every day. Some days you're on top, other days the workout wins. It’s not about motivation, it’s about discipline and pushing through when you have nothing left.

Building Power: Strength & Explosiveness

I build strength that matters in a fight. This means heavy compound lifts like squats and deadlifts, combined with explosive drills like tire flips, ball slams, and kettlebell work to build knockout power.

Functional Strength for The Cage

In a fight, your opponent is a weight that moves and resists. I train for that reality. Here you'll see partner-based resistance drills, wrestling, and grappling that build strength directly applicable inside the cage.

Striking Fundamentals: Bag & Pad Work

Power is useless without technique. I drill the fundamentals of striking relentlessly. This is where you sharpen your tools on the heavy bag and pads until the movements are second nature.

The Result: A Fighter's Physique

This is what consistency looks like. The body is a byproduct of the work. These are my fighters, forged in the grind, ready for competition.
