Wrestling is the foundation. We focus on high-percentage takedowns and the transitions that link them together. You will drill single leg entries, double leg shots, and chain wrestling sequences until they become instinct.

Ground Game: Control & Submissions

This is where the fight is won or lost on the ground. We teach a blend of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling, focusing on positional control, escapes, and high-percentage submissions like joint locks and chokes.

Live Sparring: The Real Test

This is where theory meets reality. Our weekly live sparring sessions are intense, chaotic, and the fastest way to learn. We put you in uncontrolled situations to test your skills, conditioning, and composure under fire.

Strength & Conditioning: The Engine

A fighter is only as good as their gas tank. Our conditioning drills are designed to build functional strength, explosive power, and the endurance to go hard round after round. We focus on movements that directly translate to the mat.

Training For All: From Kids to Adults

It's never too early or too late to start. We offer training for everyone, from kids learning discipline and self-defense to adults in their 60s seeking a new fitness challenge. The only requirement is a willingness to work.
