Sparring & Live Drills
This is where we put theory into practice. Our sparring sessions are always controlled and safe, focusing on technique and timing for both boxing and MMA, so you can test your skills in a real-world setting.
Striking Technique: Bag & Pad Work
We build power, speed, and precision through focused heavy bag, speed bag, and pad work drills. You will learn proper form for punches, kicks, and combinations to develop real striking power.
Combat Strength & Conditioning
This is not your typical gym workout. We focus on functional strength for fighting, using everything from powerlifting and kettlebells to intense calisthenics and partner drills to build raw power and endurance.
