This is a complete video series that breaks down the fundamentals of boxing, perfect for beginners. I cover everything from your basic on-guard stance and footwork to throwing every type of punch like the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut.

In the Ring: Pad Work & Sparring

This is where the skills are tested and sharpened. I provide focused personal training with pad work to build combinations and reaction time, and I oversee controlled sparring for clients to gain practical experience.

Strength for the Fight

Boxing requires more than just skill; it demands power, speed, and endurance. My strength and conditioning workouts are designed specifically for fighters, using tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, and tires to build functional strength.

Group Training: Men, Women & Kids

My group classes are open to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or experience level. It's a high-energy environment where you can learn boxing for fitness or self-defense while training alongside a motivated community.

My NIS Certification

I am a certified boxing coach from the National Institute of Sports (NIS), Patiala. This qualification ensures that my training methods are based on proven sports science and professional coaching standards.
