Speed & Endurance Training
This is the core of our training for the 1600m run and sprints. We build raw stamina and explosive speed by training on synthetic tracks, grass, and dirt, so you are prepared for any surface.
Agility, Jumps & Field Events
Physical tests are more than just running. I provide specialized coaching for the high jump and long jump, focusing on the precise technique needed to clear the required standards for police and army recruitment.
Strength, Conditioning & Warm-ups
A strong body is an injury-proof body. Our program includes full-body conditioning, dynamic warm-ups, and cool-down stretches to build functional strength and flexibility, not just for looks but for performance.
