Strength & Functional Training

We build strength for real life. Our sessions focus on functional movements using a variety of equipment like kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, and resistance bands. We guide you on proper form to ensure you get stronger, safely.

Aerial Yoga: Defy Gravity

Part yoga, part acrobatics, this is a workout that builds strength, flexibility, and trust in a whole new way. Our classes are beginner friendly, guiding you to fly, stretch, and flip your perspective, safely supported by the hammock.
