My Story
We are Bharat Karate Academy. I’m Susheel Colvin, the Senior Coach, but honestly, I’m still a shishya (disciple) with my guruji, Hanshi Bharat Sharma. Guruji is the backbone, always guiding us, and honestly, he’s the best teacher you’ll ever meet. Here, we’re not just players, we’re a team – BKA family. We train, stretch, win, and lose together. Guruji says, ‘Struggle alone, succeed together.’ That’s our daily mantra.
My Work
Karate Training - Basics to Advanced - We teach karate from scratch up to advanced techniques, including URA MAWASHI GERI training.
Direct Supervision by Hanshi Bharat Sharma - All coaching is under our founder, a respected karate master and medal-winner.
Daily Conditioning and Team Practice - Classes led by me, Sensei Susheel. We focus on strength, stretching, and team spirit.
Compete and Win as BKA Team - Our medal-winning karate team regularly competes in big events like Delhi Olympic Games.
