My Story

I used to weigh 147 kilos. Trust me, I know how tough it gets. Changed my life with a lot of failures, some wins, and a ton of consistency. My anchors? Physical activity, solid nutrition, and sleep. But I learned the hard way—if you can’t handle stress, you slip back. Still working on that. Outside the gym, I’m just a guy who loves dogs, wears a dhoti at weddings, and gets hyped about Dragonball Z. This journey? Pure riyaaz (daily practice), every day.

My Work

Online coaching for fat loss and muscle gain - I help you lose fat, gain muscle, and build ruthless discipline online. No shortcuts.

Stress resilience and holistic health - Training with me means focusing on stress resilience, nutrition, sleep, and real lifestyle change.

Technique-focused muscle training - We train with full control, tension-based reps, and proper technique—no cheating, just real challenge.

Mindset shift coaching - I push you to switch from just 'working out' to actual training. Motivation fades, discipline stays.
