Standard Ring Setup & Organic Decor
Core Structure & Balloon Styling
- Metal Ring Backdrop: A 6x6 foot circular metal frame used as the central focal point.
- Organic Balloon Garland: Approximately 200 to 250 balloons arranged in an organic style (mixed sizes 5 inch to 12 inch) covering 50 to 60% of the ring.
- Balloon Finishes: Includes Metallic, Pastel (Matte), or Chrome finish balloons to match a dual color theme.
Props & Signage
- Neon Signage: Rental of one standard neon light sign (e.g., Happy Birthday, Oh Baby, Better Together).
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals (metal or fiber) in varying heights for cake placement.
Logistics & Staffing
- Execution: On site setup by a team of 2 decorators (approx. 2 to 3 hours).
- Transport: Includes logistics and transport costs within standard city limits.
- Takedown: Dismantling service included.

- Main Structure: An 8ft (width) x 8ft (height) backdrop. Choice of printed Flex on wooden frame, Shimmer/Sequin wall panels, or set of 3 Arch panels.
- Character Cutouts: 3 to 4 large themed cutouts (Sunboard/Foam) standing 3ft to 4ft tall (e.g., Jungle Animals, Superheroes).
Balloon Arrangement
- Volume: High density organic arch featuring 600+ balloons draping over the structure.
- Specialty Additions: Inclusion of 4 to 6 foil balloons (Stars, Orbs, Shapes) and Chrome balloons.
- Floor Decor: Balloon clusters arranged at the base of the structure.

- Flooring: 10x10 ft Artificial Grass carpet or printed flex flooring to frame the stage.

- Architecture: Multi layered backdrops with depth (e.g., Castle walls, Station gates) created from MDF or heavy duty polystyrene.
Premium Balloon Artistry
- Volume: 1500+ Balloons creating a dense, luxurious aesthetic.
- Technique: Double stuffed balloons for custom shades and Giant Mirror/Glossy balloons (24 to 36 inch).
- Aerial: Partial ceiling treatments or floating helium bunches near the stage.
Lighting & Accents
- Marquee: Light up Marquee Numbers or Letters (approx 3 to 4ft tall).
- Florals: High quality artificial floral arrangements integrated into balloon garlands.
- Illumination: 6 to 8 Profile lights and focus lights for studio quality ambiance.
