My Story

Hey, we’re Balance Pilates. Started small, now we’re all over Delhi NCR – Gurgaon’s got those tough-love trainers, Greater Noida is always vibing with Gen-Z music, and Delhi’s old-school but packed with energy. We actually build our own reformers! For us, it’s not about dropping kilos – it’s about feeling good, losing inches, and loving yourself. Our Balance Girlies and Balance Boys know: it’s all about finding your groove and sticking with it.

My Work

Pilates classes for all - Group reformer classes, solo sessions, injury rehab Pilates, and pre-natal Pilates workouts. We make our own reformers too.
