Live Mascots & Giant Inflatables
Character Options
- Selection: Choose between standard cartoon lookalikes (Mickey style, Superheroes, Princesses) or Premium Giant Inflatables (Polar Bear, T-Rex, Elephant).
- Quality: Standard plush fabric or nylon inflatable suits. Note: These are market-standard lookalikes, not officially licensed characters.
Scope of Work
- Duration: Up to 3 hours presence at venue.
- Breaks: Includes mandatory 15-minute ventilation breaks every 45 minutes for performer safety.
- Duties: Meeting guests, posing for unlimited photos, and animation during the Happy Birthday song/cake cutting.
Logistics & Staffing
- Team: Includes 1 performer inside the suit and 1 handler to guide them and manage crowd safety.
- Requirements: A private, hidden changing area is required at the venue.
Professional Event Emcee & Game Host
Host Duties
- Coordination: Managing the Run of Show, making announcements, and coordinating cues with the DJ/Sound technician.
- Ceremonies: Anchoring key moments like Cake Cutting, Ring Exchange, or Awards distribution.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi and English (Conversational Hinglish).
Entertainment
- Engagement: Conducting interactive games for kids or adults (e.g., Musical Chairs, Paper Dance, Tambola).
- Materials: Includes basic game props (balls, ribbons, paper). Note: Prizes for winners to be provided by client.
Duration
- Time: Continuous engagement for up to 4 hours.
Grand Stage Magic & Illusion Show
Show Configuration
- Cast: 1 Lead Illusionist + 1 Stage Assistant (for prop management and participation).
- Duration: Single continuous performance of 30 to 45 minutes.
- Audience: Visual tricks and mentalism suitable for mixed age groups (Corporate and Weddings).
Content & Visuals
- Acts: Repertoire includes grand illusions (floating table, box tricks), production acts, and mind-reading.
- Attire: Professional stage costumes (Shimmery Jackets, Tuxedos, or Themed).
Technical Setup
- Equipment: Includes all magic props, portable tables, and backdrops.
- Audio: Performer provides music tracks. Client must provide PA system and microphone.
Carnival & Walkabout Atmosphere Artists
Artist Selection
- Visual Acts: Options include Stilt Walkers (Long Man), Mirror Man (Silver/Gold), Clowns/Jokers, or Mimes.
- Costumes: High-visibility, elaborate outfits designed for visual impact and decor enhancement.
Performance Scope
- Role: Walkabout or Statue acts positioned at entrances or walkways as living decor.
- Interaction: Silent gestures, handshakes, and posing for entrance photographs.
- Duration: 3 hours total engagement time.
Logistics
- Prep: Artist arrives 45 minutes early for makeup and fitting.
- Space: Stilt walkers require 10-12 feet overhead clearance and non-slippery flooring.
- Safety: Stilt walkers include a spotter/helper.
International Welcome Hostesses & Performers
Act Configuration
- Options: Welcome Hostess, Champagne Stroller (drink serving skirt), LED Wings, or Ambient Musician (Sax/Violin/Piano).
- Styling: High-glamour western formal wear, gowns, or themed carnival outfits.
Performance Format
- Schedule: Performed in sets (e.g., 3 sets of 20 mins) or 45 mins continuous welcome duty.
- Duties: Greeting guests, serving welcome drinks, or performing ambient backing tracks.
Hospitality & Logistics
- Transport: Includes secure transport for the artist to and from the venue.
- Requirements: Client must provide a secure, lockable green room with a mirror and artist F&B.
