This is the first thing a potential client will see. This selection tells my story: I've been where you are, I found a sustainable way to change, I have the expertise to guide you, and I'm a credible professional you can trust.
My Coaching Philosophy
This is the 'why' behind my coaching. I believe in consistency over intensity and building sustainable habits around your real life, not a set of rigid, fancy plans. My goal is to give you the tools and knowledge to manage your health for the long run.
Strength & Conditioning
Here's a look at how I train. My workouts focus on building functional strength and improving conditioning using a variety of exercises like barbell lifts, dumbbell work, and CrossFit style finishers. I practice what I preach, focusing on proper form and consistent effort.
My Transformation Journey
I wasn't always a fitness coach. This is my personal story, from being the skinny guy in 2014 to building the strong, healthy body I have today. This journey taught me everything I know about consistency, and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping you with yours.
Nutrition Guidance
You can't out-train a bad diet, but eating healthy doesn't have to be complicated. My approach to nutrition is about balance and using real food, not expensive powders or restrictive plans. Here's an example of a simple, high protein snack I make.
My Qualifications
I take my responsibility as a coach seriously, which is why I'm committed to being professionally certified. This ensures I'm providing you with exercise programs that are not only effective but also safe and based on proven scientific principles.
The Cult.fit Community
I'm fortunate to be surrounded by a community of passionate trainers, mentors, and members at Cult.fit. Being part of a team that is dedicated to making health and fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone is a huge source of motivation for me.
Fitness & Fun
While I'm serious about my goals, I also believe it's important not to take yourself too seriously. Fitness should be enjoyable, and sometimes a good laugh is just as important as a good workout.
