My Story
People know me as Advocate Arun, but honestly, I’m just as much a gym freak as I am a lawyer. Discipline in court, discipline at the gym – same thing. Courtroom stress can get a bit much, especially with all these family disputes. So, I run off to the mountains when I need to breathe – humein to saans hi yahan pe aati hai (I can only truly breathe here). And if I’m not in court or the gym, you’ll find me with a cricket bat, playing for the Delhi High Court team. Balance, that’s what I chase.
My Work
Criminal Defence & Bail Matters - I take up criminal defence cases in Dwarka Courts, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court. Bail matters too.
Defending False Accusations - A lot of my work is fighting for people stuck in false rape case defence, dowry law misuse, and Section 376 IPC acquittal.
My Principle - Simple: ek bhi be-gunaah ko saza nahi honi chahiye (no innocent should be punished), even if some guilty walk free.
Other Cases I Handle - I also handle hit-and-run, POCSO case advocate work, IT Act cases. I try to keep things clear for clients.
