This is where the Apero story began. I am obsessed with cheese, and my handcrafted cheese domes and dips are the heart of our brand. Made from scratch with bold, real flavors, each one is designed to be the star of your grazing board, from the earthy Truffle Cacio E Pepe to the zesty Cranberry Jalapeno.

Artisanal Desserts & Cakes

My sweet tooth runs wild, and this is the result. Our dessert menu is decadent and always made from scratch, featuring everything from a rich, Flourless French Chocolate Cake to our unique upside-down cheesecakes. I love experimenting with new flavors, like our popular creamy matcha desserts that have no bitter aftertaste.

This collection features our savory heroes, from comforting pies and tarts with fillings like Chicken & Leek to soft, pull-apart Mutton Buns.
