Anti-Bullying & Kids' Self-Defense

My program for children focuses on building confidence, not aggression. We teach kids practical ways to deal with bullies, basic self-defense moves, and develop mental strength through engaging drills and discussions.

Corporate & Community Seminars

I conduct self-protection seminars for companies, schools, and NGOs across Delhi NCR. These sessions are designed to spread awareness and teach essential safety skills to make our communities and workplaces safer for everyone.

Real-World Defense Techniques

I teach what works on the street, not just on the mat. This includes ground survival techniques if you are pushed down, defending against back grabs, knife defense basics, and how to handle multiple attackers.
