This is the first thing you'll see. It’s a snapshot of what my training is all about: real effort, diverse skills, and the mindset to keep going. No shortcuts, just earned progress.
Functional Strength: Real Power for Real Life
This is where we build raw strength that serves you outside the gym. We use old-school methods like barbell lifts, sledgehammer strikes, and tire flips to develop practical, full-body power. No machines, just you against the weight.
Combat Sports Conditioning
Get fight-ready with drills for MMA, boxing, and self-defense. We focus on technique, power, and endurance through pad work, bag work, and sparring simulations. This is for anyone from beginners learning to strike to athletes prepping for competition.
Bodyweight Mastery & Core
Before lifting heavy, you must master your own body. We build a strong foundation with exercises like handstands, animal flow, and stability ball drills. This improves balance, control, and core strength, which is the base for all other movements.
Omjiujitsu Insights: The Mental Game
Fitness is as much mental as it is physical. In my "Insights" series, I break down key concepts like discipline, consistency, nutrition, and the psychology of training. These are the principles that drive real, lasting progress.
More Than a Gym: Our Community
We train hard, but we also know how to have fun and support each other. This is a place where we celebrate together, laugh together, and push each other to be better. You're not just joining a gym, you're joining a family.
Meet Moti, Our Head of Motivation
Every gym needs a good training partner, and ours is the best. Moti, my Labrador, is always here to provide motivation, join in for a "sparring" session, or just make sure everyone is having a good time. He's a core part of our community.
