Grappling: Jiu-Jitsu & Wrestling
This is the foundation of our self-defense system. We cover everything from wrestling takedowns and clinch work to Jiu-Jitsu ground control and submissions, giving you the skills to control a situation if it goes to the ground.
Striking: Boxing & Muay Thai
Learn to use your hands, feet, elbows, and knees with power and precision. Our training focuses on pad work, heavy bag drills, and controlled sparring to build your striking skills for both sport and self-defense.
MMA Strength & Conditioning
Technique is not enough; you need the engine to back it up. Our circuit training includes tire flips, sledgehammer drills, and bodyweight exercises to build the functional strength and endurance needed for combat.
Kids MMA: Confidence & Anti-Bullying
Our kids' classes are designed to build confidence, discipline, and respect in a safe and fun environment. We focus on practical self-defense skills to help them stand up to bullying and feel secure.
Our Gym Family
We train hard, but we are also a family. We support each other, celebrate together, and create a positive community where everyone feels welcome. And yes, our gym dog Moti is a big part of it.
