Come practice with us at our studios in Andheri West and Malad West. The energy of practicing together in a group is special. We focus on alignment, breath, and supporting each other, using props like chairs, blocks, and belts to make yoga accessible for every body.
Your Mat, Your Home: Online Classes
Join our yoga family from anywhere in the world through live Zoom classes. I provide real-time feedback and guidance, ensuring you get the same quality of instruction as in our studio. All you need is a mat and the willingness to show up.
Start Your Journey: Foundation & Hatha Yoga
My Abhyasa batches are for everyone, especially if you are new to yoga or want to polish your basics. We break down postures, focus on safe alignment, and use props to help you build a strong and sustainable practice. It’s all about progress, not perfection.
Go Deeper: Advanced Asana & Ashtanga
For regular practitioners and teachers, my Sadhana batches are where we push our boundaries. These classes focus on dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa, inversions, arm balances, and deep backbends. This is a practice-focused class where we flow together and explore our potential.
