We take fitness beyond the four walls of a dojo. Our beach bootcamps use the natural resistance of sand and water for high-intensity cardio and strength drills, building endurance and team spirit.

I offer practical self-defense workshops for everyone, including dedicated sessions for kids, adults, and women. You will learn effective techniques to build confidence and stay safe in real-world situations.
Young Warriors & Beginner Classes
It's never too early or too late to start your journey. I have special batches for kids and beginners, focusing on building a strong foundation of discipline, respect, and fundamental techniques in a supportive environment.

For the dedicated practitioner, my training incorporates advanced calisthenics, yoga, and complex martial arts techniques. This is where we push the limits of physical and mental control to achieve peak performance and body mastery.
