Therapeutic Yoga Asanas

I use specific yoga postures (asanas) to address physical ailments and build strength and flexibility. This includes targeted sequences for sciatica pain relief, strengthening the pelvic floor, and activating the seven chakras.

Sound & Energy Healing

As a Reiki Grand Master, I use Tibetan singing bowls and energy work to clear blockages and restore harmony. These sessions promote deep relaxation, align your chakras, and facilitate emotional and physical healing.
