Essential Intimate Wedding
Core Planning & Management
- Team: Dedicated Event Manager + 3 Coordinators (Logistics, Hospitality, and Ritual management).
- Coordination: Management of catering (HACCP checks), venue, and makeup artists.
- Guest Logistics: RSVP calling, standard hotel welcome desk, and transport planning.
Decor & Design (Pastel Theme)
- Haldi/Mehndi: Traditional yellow/orange or Boho-lite theme using marigold tassels, urlis, and 2,000 sq. ft fabric draping.
- Wedding/Nikah: Serene pastel theme (Sage Green/Peach) using Scuba or Satin fabrics.
- Structure: 4-Pillar draped mandap/stage with artificial floral base and fresh floral highlights (Roses, Carnations).
- Walkway: Standard floral archway entrance and fabric draped passageway with lanterns.
Technical Production
- Audio: Standard PA system suitable for Sangeet or rituals up to 300 pax.
- Lighting: Ambient Par can wash lighting for stage and mandap photography.

- I love creating dramatic bridal entries and transforming venues, whether it’s a Delhi NCR ballroom or a destination spot in Goa.
- My speciality? Bespoke wedding stage design and opulent floral mandap setup. The ceremony space has to be special, so I design mandaps and stages that become the soul of the celebration.

My Story
We’re Addy Events, Delhi NCR born and bred, but you’ll find us where the party calls. We started out just wanting to turn dreams into real, talk-of-the-town memories. Obsessive about details, from that single silver rose in a jar to a wild chevron aisle runner—yup, we fuss over it all. ISO-certified, HACCP-approved, but mostly, we just love making moments magical, whether it’s a rustic lantern glow or a seventy-five-years-young bash.
