- Format: 60-90 minutes total appearance with 12-15 minutes stage performance (3 fast-paced tracks).
- Troupe: 4-6 professional dancers with themed costumes and props.
- Interaction: 1 scripted crowd interaction segment or hook step challenge.
Logistics & Rider
- Travel: Round-trip airfare (2 Business Class for talent, Economy for team) to Delhi NCR.
- Stay: 1 Executive Suite (5-Star) and standard rooms for entourage.
- Transport: Luxury sedan (S-Class/A8) for artist and Innovas for the team.
- Security: 4-6 bouncers for VVIP movement management.
Technical Production
- SFX: Cold Pyros, CO2 Jets, and Confetti shots timed for the finale.
- Sound: Dedicated engineer with rider-specific gear (Sennheiser/Shure mics, IEMs).
- Visuals: Custom LED backdrop graphics synced to tracks.

- Talent: 1 Bollywood or OTT star (Reference: Sonam Bajwa, Varun Dhawan) for promotions.
- Duration: Strict 45-60 minute venue presence.
- Actions: Red carpet walk, ribbon cutting, and 5-minute address to the audience.
- VIP Access: Managed meet and greet zone for 15-20 pre-approved photos.
Security & Management
- Crowd Control: 6-8 bouncers and barricading plan for crowd surges.
- Media: Coordination with local press/photographers for red carpet coverage.
- Liaison: On-ground officer to enforce timing and protocols.
Logistics
- Travel & Stay: Business class travel and 5-star accommodation included.

Professional Live Band & Production
Musical Setup

Every event feels like a blank canvas to me - I get a weird kick out of seeing it turn into something full-on glamorous. I’m not just talking about Bollywood celebrity appearances but also those moments when a killer live band or a soulful instrumentalist makes the crowd go “wah, kya baat hai!” (wow, what a moment!).
What I Actually Do
- Scout & book the right faces, whether it’s for luxury weddings or a brand launch
- Handle all the nitty-gritty of VIP event talent booking - from the celeb’s entry to the big finale
- Plan out the performance details, so it doesn’t feel forced or thanda (dull)
- I’m pretty hands-on with the technical side too - think custom stages, fancy LED backdrops, pro sound, and sometimes, confetti showers or cold pyro for that dramatic effect

My Story
We’re Addy Events, Delhi NCR born and bred, but you’ll find us where the party calls. We started out just wanting to turn dreams into real, talk-of-the-town memories.
