I believe training should be enjoyable, especially for my younger players. We use competitive games like high-speed tic-tac-toe and reaction challenges to build fitness and agility without it feeling like a chore.

Agility & Footwork: The 'Raftaar' Zone

Speed is king in table tennis. My sessions focus heavily on building 'Raftaar' using agility ladders and cone drills to improve reaction time, side-to-side movement, and explosive footwork.

Building Power and Stamina

To last through tough matches, players need a solid foundation of strength and endurance. My sessions include bodyweight circuits like push-ups, plyometrics, and cardio exercises like skipping to build explosive power.

On the Table: Skills in Action

This is where fitness translates into performance. I provide on-table coaching, including multi-ball drills and practice matches, to help players apply their improved speed and power directly to their game.
